RAW is the raw ingredients of an image, meanwhile Jpeg is smallest file size for the quality.

2. Which file is bigger RAW or Jpeg?

Raw is larger, 2 to 6 times larger.

3. Can you change a Raw file to a Jpeg, once your photos are the computer? How?

Yes, just export it as a jpeg or find a program online that can do it for you.

4. If you were shooting an important event would you shoot it RAW or Jpeg? Explain.

If I had multiple 10 terabyte SD CARDs I would shoot in RAW. But for the sake of saving storage Jpeg.
