Motion Blur: Slow down your shutter speed, it’ll make your images more blurry. If your shutter speed is too fast you wont be able to capture movement. Make sure that your camera is stable probably use a tripod. You can have the subject move or have the camera move. You can try using Shutter Priority mode so you just have to worry about shutter speed.

To avoid having too much light in a photo first use a small aperture. It’ll reduce the amount of light that can go threw the lens. Decrease your ISO, it makes the camera less sensitive to light making the picture darker.  Try a neutral density filter its a piece of glass that blocks light from passing through your lens like sunglasses. Adding creative techniques like Slow sync flash where your subject is sharp but your background has moving blur. Or Panning where you follow a moving subject with your camera, the subject will come out nice and sharp while the background stretches and blurs.
